I am writing to say thank you and compliment you on one of your new staff members.rnrnI have two children with the swim school the eldest has been attending for approximately 6 years, the youngest only started last term – Charlotte. Charlotte enjoys her lessons and gained a few skills last term. With the start of this term Charlotte went somewhat backwards in her first lesson and lost confidence in herself. With her second lesson she had a new instructor, Toni. Charlotte, in the last 3 lessons with Toni, has double in confidence along with skills. I honestly do not think this would be the case if she was with another instructor. Toni makes the lessons fun, her excellent communication skills with the children and techniques work extremely well with the younger children.rnrnIn saying this all your instructors do wonderful jobs, and I certainly would not have my children attending if I did not think this was the case. They all have patience that I envy and are consistent over every lesson/term/year no matter what level they are teaching.rnrnSo thank you Young’s Swim School (and Toni) for making my children’s swimming lessons fun yet educational.rn

I want to let you know how VERY impressed I was with the phone service and desk service provided when I rang and then visited to enquire about swimming lessons. We had previously been in contact with other pools in the area and the quality of service and care you provided was far above the poor standard we had recieved. Thank you. I was also very impressed with the swimming instructors I watched teach students to swim while I visisted.

...Lanyon Swim School but my DD goes to Youngs Swim School in Kambah and I can't praise them enough. The classes are 4 kids with sometimes 5 if someone is doing a makeup class. There are 3 classes (3 instructors) in the pool during the class. You can sit and watch the kids and they have shower and change room facilities. The pool is quite large and the staff very friendly. My DD does not take well to new things and people but her instructor just has a way with the kids and takes a no nonsense approach and my DD loves her. There is a little boy in one of the other classes who would not let go of mum and would not put his foot in the water, he was terrified. He was probably about 3.5yrs old. They gradually worked on him and he is now getting in the water on his own, wearing goggles and even putting his head under the water. This has taken only 2 terms. I think it is amazing after seeing what he was like when he first arrived. Just thought if the classes appear too large at the other place then you can always try them. Cheers Robyn

I have had 2 children at Young's, one of which now competes in swimming and the other one is still attending lessons at Young's. I would recommend Young's to anyone who is looking for a professional, high quality swim school. They have high standards and deliver a top quality service.
