Young's Swim School operating policies are below:

Refunds
Please note that payments for swimming lessons are non-refundable.
Make Up lessons
Young's Swim School advises that regular attendance at the usual class is the most effective way for your child to learn and for you to get value for money. We do, however, understand that circumstances will occur that prevent attendance at the normal lesson.
Young's Swim School will therefore provide up to two (2) make-up lessons per term per child providing that you provide advance notice of non-attendance. Make-up lessons must be completed in the same term and are provided at no cost to you. Should Young's Swim School be unable to provide your child with their normal lesson at the scheduled time (due to instructor illness/unavailability, a pool health hazard, a pool/building defect, etc), we will organize and provide make-up lesson(s) in addition to the above entitlement.
Late Payment Fee
Where a payment has not been received by the due date (set by management on your enrolment form) a $5.00 per child late fee will be charged, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Termination of Swimming Lessons
Young's Swim School reserves the right to terminate swimming lessons for any child/parent who:
Repeatedly displays inappropriate pool behavior which causes harm and/or discomfort to other customers.
Commits an act of vandalism that causes significant damage to property.
Uses offensive or abusive language and/or attitudes to swim school staff or other customers.
Fails to settle overdue accounts by an agreed date.
Pool Deck Rules
The following rules are in place for the safety and comfort of yourself and your child. Please ensure that these rules are explained to your child and ensure that they are understood:
No running.
No pushing or dunking.
No "bombing"
Children are not to enter the pool until their instructor has requested them to do so.
No bottles or glassware to be brought into the pool area.
No littering. Please use rubbish bins provided.
